Our next chat session will be live Wednesday 6th 7pm - 10pm

This will be one of the first chat session with a themed topic for the first hour. Each week we'll be planning to have a theme in place for 1 hour of one of the live chats.

This weeks theme will be the Film Club's latest choice Betty Blue, and if no one wants to talk about that then just a general film discussion until 8pm.

After 8pm it's back to a general chat.

    I was told there was a way to get around the uni firewall.

    There is a really powerful research computer called unix0, if I register to use it and then login, then I can use lynx as a web browser. Sounds a bit complicated to me though.

    You wont get the chat applet running under lynx, ever :P. There is a way of tunneling your http through unix0, google for ssh tunnels. :-)

    We came up with a new name for Kate, and I discovered that there was actually two versions of Betty Blue, but the original had been ruined by the producers as is usually the case when they decide they can make films better than the director.
