Like me, I stopped training for about 10 months due to injuries and lack of motivation. I came back to my gym smaller, fatter and weaker than everyone else.

I had to diet to lose bf as well.

Thats why your usually on top. ;)

It is heavy. I am not that tall, nor have large bone structure, nor realistically look like I have the lbm of 209lbs. I must have heavy feet and testicles. lol

    Today I have had uhmmmmmmmm

2 Weetabix and half a piece of granary toast for brekkie

1 x whey in milk when I was out

1 x Sunday dinner at dads (small serving.. sucks!)

and I just had what I call cheesey egg, which is scrambled eggs (I have 2 eggs+3 whites) then toss in some grated cheese as it's cooking, top it off with a bit as it's cooking at the end too....... can't fault it!!!!!

Also cheesey fried egg rocks lol.

Amazingly enough, I've had nothing except a pomegranate and a bottle of wine. It's all part of the new diet

Having macaroni cheese and chips in the very near future though.
