I've had Corn Flakes, Heinz Cream of Tomato soup with bread and butter and a Cornish Pasty and beans.
Today I've had a bowl of Cheerios, 2 special K bars, a packet of crisps, a chicken sandwich, a bowl of tuna pasta and a chocolate digestive.
Haha pig.

I'm partially bodybuilding.
All year I've been mainly powerlifting, i.e. lifting for biggest overall strength gains on the big lifts mainly...
But due to eating so much to pack the mass on I have got fatter than I'd like to be, I'm about 190lbs (13 1/2 stone) @ about 20% BF.
I am aiming to get back down to about 15% a.s.a.p so I can have one more bulk up before next summer when I'm aiming to be right down to around 12-13% if possible ? lol
I'm not competing or anything, I like looking muscular, but not being orange and wearing thongs on a stage. lol (although I do have a lot of respect for guys that DO compete..)
