    I was very restrained and have been saving myself all afternoon as I am going for an all you can eat meal tonight. I have been training my stomach to do me proud by drinking loads of water and tea though, muahaha.

    I'm going to bankrupt that restaurant :yum:

    Had a cheese and marmite toastie for brekkie though!

    2 slices of toast
    twix
    packet of hula hoops
    roasted veg pasta
    banana sandwich
    slice of chocolate cake

    Some aero chocolate

    I would normally eat tons more, but I'm not very wellll :'(

    I've just got in from the cinema where i had a great big bag of pic 'n' mix and now i feel sick.

    Uhmm.. so far my eats today were -

    Meal 1 - Soya "bacon" sandwhich, apple, yoghurt.

    Meal 2 - 100g Cottage cheese, handful nuts and seeds.

    Meal 3 - half cup wholeweat pasta with homemade source + 20g protein shake

    Meal 4 - Salad + 2 boiled eggs

    I have to look forward too...

    Meal 5 - Small serving Quorn mince with bolognese sauce + tiny serving of cheddar + Salad

    Meal 6 - 30g Protein shake w/milk + half handful of almonds and seeds

    Meal 7 - 30g Caesin shake


    Fucking diet is doing my head in, im bloody starving and craving like mad!!

    How much did you get through then? :p

    I've not eaten much today really.

    Had a cheese sandwich for lunch and some chicken fajitas for tea. Hmmm. I'm hungry now though.

    Too much, I had to change into trousers with an elasticated waist when I got home :razz: Got my money's worth though... and then some!

    This morning I have had beans and cheese on toast, and two milky coffees.

    delightful! so what is this diet all about? how logn are you doing it for and how much weight are you trying to lose? and how is it connected to bodybuilding?

    half a cup of pasta?!

    i love wholewheat pasta - think i prefer it to ordinary pasta.

    today i've had some porridge and then a packet of golden lights crisps and a ham, cheese and mayo sandwich a la lucy.
