Digital camera... it arrived this morning ;)

Also, an iPod, magazine subscriptions, and lots of books and CDs (or iTunes vouchers!)...

For once, I actually have more on my list than people wanting to buy me presents! :(

Just some new clothes. It's the only thing I've really wanted at Christmas since I was 16.

what does everyone get their mum for xmas? Cos I never have a fucking clue, I always buy her a C.D or a book or something but I never really know if that's a good enough present for her or not?

For the last two years, she's wanted the latest Celica Ahern book - coincidentally, there is anoher new one out this year so looks like this year's present is sorted already! :D

I usually get her the thing she's asked for (usually a book) and then something else, like a top I think she'll like, and then a couple of little stocking fillers. I try to find things she won't have seen whilst she's been Christmas shopping (the internet is my friend!) so that she's got something as a surprise.

I have bought a digital camera for my mammy.

ButtonMoon, I wish I had parents as generous as you. That is one mahoosive Christmas present. I hope you have a huge room for such a big teevee.

It's my dad that I always struggle with. Although this year I have everyone organised :D Well, I know what I am buying people, just not bought them all yet.

I have asked Father Christmas for:

    Cashmere socks
    A ukelele
    Shameless Series 3 DVD
Jo Malone Wild Fig & Cassis perfume
Table Tennis for the XBox360 (i am now bored with beating my OH at pro evo 6 )
My print of Hopper's Chop Suey to be [beautifully] framed
Grey brushed cotton bedding I have my eye on - may have to be Xmas pressie to self
    Books, books and more books
    Frasier DVD sets
One of those two-foot heated slippers Billy Connolly takes the pee out of
    A new harmonica
I have also asked for a puppy, but I know I have no chance, especially as negotiations have now reopened for the snake to move back home :grump:

    Not asking much, really :D

    Money.

Although somebody not a million miles away is getting 300 quid + in her December salary purely because of me, so I'm expecting something amazing for Xmas

Omgoodness December's salary? Can they not up it to November? I'm well rooked and of course you're getting something you plum.

I would just like my debts paid off so I can finally move the fuck out of this place.

I'm so ashamed these days to say I live with my rents. :impissed:

Last year I made her a CD and this year she's getting a workout DVD. (which she actually bought for herself then asked me if I'd like to give that to her as her christmas present)

I don't really want anything for Christmas this year (again) but do know that I'm getting vouchers and a football shirt.

It would wake me up, I wake up the second I get a bit of light peeking through the tiny hole my blind leaves at the bottom  Which was fine for the short time I needed to get up at 7am, but not so handy now :(

it implies that someone who spends less is not generous.
