OK so i have this idea about riding my bike around the UK and Ireland. I have the stamina to quickly cover over 2000 miles, but what cause could i start raising money for.

Riding my bike is just the first part to raise enough money to put on fetes, beetle drives etc.

what causes would you recomend, i think Sustrans.org.uk, ASH (altho i am a smoker myself), Campaign for Nuclear Disarmourment, renewable energy.

    How about something local like a hospice, McMillan nurses do some really good work (they looked after my dad when he was dying). Childline needs support at the moment and the NSPCC. Or your local hospital, maybe they're saving up for some piece of equipment or new building.

    i would love to get a building built. i'll think about hospices.
    any other ideas for raising funds?
