Well I never made a bra out of them, but we called them fortune tellers.

There's a really funny South Park episode about them.

We used to call them colourpickers. I make them all the time - usually when I'm bored at work :D

We didn't have a name for them, if we wanted to describe them we would just do the hand movement.

I had no idea what we called them but they were fun

I'm sorry, that secret is kept within the confines of girly cliques, along with the knowledge of hop scotch.

I can't see the pic but I think I know what you're talking about. We didn't call them anything.

We call them "Himmel und Hölle" here (heaven and hell).

4 pannels were coloured blue, the other 4 red. Another dude had to choose in which way you should open it, and it would either show 4 red or 4 blue pannels, deciding if they'd come into heaven or hell.

TBH, I can make them. It in no way decreases my manliness, because each tab contains a carefull sculpted insult.

I will teach any man willing to learn. As long as he shall buy me a drink.

:o Rubberskin had an affair with his teacher! Scandal scandal!

I remember writing death threats in chalk outside the canteen so when this girl walked out she'd see it. I think I had a crush on her at the time... :eek2: why did I think that would somehow make her like me? Who knows!

(she did end up going out with me for like a week though :p in year 6! go me!)

I thought the paper things were really boring. I liked it when girls gave you daisychains, as they often made 10 a lunchtime or something :p those were the days aye?

Oh how I miss them so :(

Oh my goodness you can't say that, more info! Heh, I used to have crushes on my teachers. They were female mind :p. I think it's because when you're young they teach and support ya, and you get an almost maternal protection thing from them, and since they're not technically your mother... I have no idea

Apparently men want their wives to be like the mothers. I doubt mine will be though :p

:thumb: Tops. There were a few teachers I'd do at school ;/ Wish I had.

I might make one of those paper things to take to the meet. Hehe.

I'll write "buy Piccolo a drink" under every flap...
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
IIRC you make them in a very similar way to how you make the water bombs....

We all know I'll be spending my afternoon.

    And they're right.

I'm led to believe that's the american term for them.

There's one in the trailer for Fable 2 :o

Cor, that's a bit deep. Ours used to say stuff like "You will get a kiss from Andrew in class 3B" and "You will have a bad day next wednesday".

Ooo, I used to be addicted to those! It was all the rage when I was at school. Funny thing is I don't think we ever called them anything...:chin:
