Ok, so like, I bought a cross trainer last week.

Thing is, I'm just looking for a little advice as to when I should go on it, how long for and at what time.

Is it best to exercise in the morning or night? How long should I go on it for?

I want to tone my legs and bum more tbh and tone my arms if I can.

I have a abs trainer for my stomach.

Also, I've heard you can use your cross trainer backwards. What are the benefits of doing this?

Whats best for toning your thighs and bum?

Cheers :)

    TBH excersise when you can.

Its better to do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, this way your body is using its fat reserves rather than its glycogen storage.

The ideal time is atleast 20 minutes of cardio per session as in this time frame its even more beneficial for burning primarily fat as well as calories.

So you can do say 20-30 mins once - twice a day. Twice a day will speed your metabolism up extremely fast.

I would use it how the instructions tell you to.
