IE 7 Malware ?

Well Avast seems to think so. How weird. Sitting here, decided to go download IE7 rom the Microsoft website. Checked for the second time on the windows update page for anything new, nothing, went to www.microsoft.com on the main page is the link to get IE7, i clicked it, and bam ! Avast went mental saying " hey dont worry you nearly downloaded malware but i stopped it, click abort to cancel it completely " .. I did.

Didnt catch the malwares name though, bit of a shit but oh well.

Strange.

ETA: Course, you know what that is don't you .. A sign to stay away from IE and MS :p ...

    Avast has been amazing so far had no troubles with it. think i'll just stick with its decision. I'll bet someone at Avast HQ has planted a file in some strange hatred campaign against microsoft, or for a laugh . . or something
