Got to be butternut squash or pumpkin. They're both really fibrous fruits, but when cooked and pureed, they make the most smooth, silky, creamy adorable soup ever.

I tried Hugh's (river cottage) individual pumpkin soup last year and that was really nice.

I've just made some of that! With a little bit of ginger and orange. It's gorgeous. I make quite a lot of soup.

ATM I also love honey glazed carrot and hungarian lamb.

pic1: Leberknödel-soup. (even the page where I found the pic is named "food-from-bavaria.com :P)

pic2: Frittaten-soup. It's the same dough as pancakes, only thinner (like 3 millimeters), and cut in little stripes.

    pic3: Knoblauchcremesuppe (garlic-creme soup).

pic4: Alphabet-soup :yum: can't go wrong with the classics.

    Those are my favs.
