    Get a cereal box, and cut one end off (so that it's open at that end). Everyone has to pick it up with their teeth, but they've got to keep their hands behind their back at all times, and they're only allowed to bend one of their legs. At the end of each round, cut about an inch off the box and start again. Each person gets three attempts before they're out. Results in a lot of people going face first into the floor, and is improved greatly with alcohol.

    My sister is the queen of the cereal box thing, she can pick it up when it is flat :eek2:

    Helen's suggestions are good :) Our Brownies were banned from playing ladders because of "health and safety" even though that was all they wanted to play.

    Oh yeah thats an old climbing game plyed it once damn near won got down to postage stamp size. of course that was when i was abit younger and more flexible.

    Another climbers game i can suggest table wrestling. Start on top of a table and go under and come out the other side without touching the floor. when i say go under i mean width ways. Thios obvioulys requires quite a sturdy table but can be quite fun.

    Yeah, basically, two straight members of the same sex have to out gay each other, and the first person to run away is the loser. It's a little harsh playing it with a gay person though, because it's just not chicken that way.

    Kiss cuddle or torture is good, as is bulldog if you have enough space. I dont know that many non-drinking games.

    Musical chairs! Or musical statues. Murder in the dark. The yes-no game (you have to sit on the "yes" or "no" side of the room in response to a certain question but there are only a certain number of chairs so there's a lot of lap-sitting).
