I had a pint of Hoegaarden at Cafe Rouge.

It wasn't in a proper Hoegaarden glass :grump:

    That stuff is rank! :yuck:

I had a chicken, bacon and mayo baguette with chips earlier, have a chinese here but not eating it till I come back. Would end up boking my ring up if I ate it now.

    You ?

I got some Corno di Toro peppers which I put under the grill until the skin was burnt. Then I peeled the skin off leaving the meaty bits exposed. I took a couple of nice tomatoes and peeled the skin off. Then I cut the peppers and tomatoes into little pieces, mixed them together and added a little salt. I put some extra virgin olive oil into a pan, warmed it up, then chucked the peppers and tomatoes in it. After a coouple of minutes I mashed up a couple of eggs and chucked them in for good measure. 3-4 minutes after stirring the mix ocassionally, I served it on a large plate with some fresh bread I've just made and a cold bottle of Tiger beer.

After the meal I sat down and thought to myself "that was the shit!"

Suggestion, RS, try mixing beef and pork mince and cook it with some rice, then stuff the peppers with the minced meat and bake them in the oven until they go golden...tastes awesome. :thumb:
