Mines at 11:11 (a much more sociable time than last time)! I'll come announce it if I pass (because I've already decided even if I pass I'm having my lunch before I go anywhere else!!)

And Hollie, I know what you mean! I ended up getting a little M reg cinquecento - it's in pretty damn good condition (except where the paints a bit flaky - easily fixed, just can't be bothered yet) but it's going to be less of a hassle if (when) it gets a little bump or scratch on it than a new car would be.

    Congratulations!!

My first car was a g reg fiat uni. Loved it, ran well for about two years and was cheaper on insurance.

Yea were do i get good cheap insurance from!
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
Depends on the car, but most people will say Churchill, Tesco and Diamond (well, I say Diamond, because it took my quote down from £2500 to £798, but again, depends on the car)

ETA: Quinn Direct also seemed to be quite good when me and the boyfriend were looking the other day, but I don't know anyone with experience of them :)

I am planning a Yaris when I pass my test (which is soon!) and I went on confused.com. I found that the cheapest for me was Marks and Spencers. It was about £700. Norwich Union didn't quote me happy at all :grump:
