    Jeeze that sounds a bit stupid.
    We are ok though as we come under South gloucestershire council here and its housing association owned hehe.
    I bet it was some high up bloke in the council that fell on his ass.

    To get promotions you have to make so many recommendations on how to improve / change things often. So you get a sea of beaurocrats changing everything under the sun!
