    Er I guess like baked french bread type thing cut into little individual circle pieces with garlic and butter and stuff baked into it. Not really busicutiy, but close enough (for my version of the word :p )

    dinner: potato salad, green salad, leftover cheese fritters and bread

    snack: tortilla chips and spicy bean dip

    tea: spinach pesto pasta and roasted veg

    also 1 cup of tea, 2 glasses of milk and 2 glasses of wine

    Debating what to eat for dinner as we speak. Something with croquettes I'm thinking....

    not been hungry in 2 days which does my head in as usually i eat like a friggin horse!
    so today despite feeling slightly nauseous i ate a peanut butter sandwich and a little bit of cold mash mixed with cold beans. and a peach.

    Just incase anyones interested (and I know you're all dying to know)

    I did have croquettes for tea. With a Goodfellas Solo Tuna and Onion pizza. And a kids yoghurt thing and a crunchie for a desert.

    See, I was realistic with my diet aims-wait until Saturday, after the week where work bombard me with free food and my visit home where I'll be "fed up" ;)

    I claimed that the morning after my aunty's 40th (if anyone recieved extremely wrong directions to the V festival from a gorup of drunk girls dressed up as schoolgirls, fairy, hula girls, cowgirls and a member of the addams family then we're sorry OK?)

    It's lasted since then, until we realised Sminoff Ice's are 69p in Home Bargains atm. SIXTY NINE PENCE? Indeed, we shall be a drunken lot in the college after tomorrow lunchtime! (Unless we go KFC instead)

    Dinner-Duck, mash potatoes, cauliflower and brockli with metled cheese dripped on them. :yum:

    Oh and a packet of Quavers there now.

    I have eaten loads of bad stuff today :yum:

    Two slices of toast and butter, ham sandwich, salt and vinegar crisps, flake, banana, three pieces of 77% dark chocolate, 1 small bag of toffee popcorn, lasagne and a strawberry yoghurt. And three lemon sherbets :)

    One portion Trifle
    6 cups of Tea
    Packet of Marshmallows
    3 Bread sticks

    One mug of hot chocolate with marshmallows in :yum:

    Not had a very healthy day :no:

    weightwatchers creamed rice
    a 'goodness' cereal bar
    toffee yoghurt
    go ahead biscuit bar
    fruit and nut cereal bar
    an apple (god i live of apples!!)
    fig roll
    vegetable soup

    not too good really considering that im on a diet :p most of the stuff is ok for me to be eating.. ive just eaten too much of it in one go!

    today so far i have had... an APPLE! no surprises there!!

    Haha yeah, when you say it it sounds ming, but when you try it it's nice. I just like to put random things in a wok and see what happens. I get my cheap thrills that easily ;)
