what your take on them, was at notting hill and some guy was going around spraying something i agreed with on all the boarded up things

    Not enough. People doing anti-social things like beating the crap into someone, bricking cars, or smashing Phone Boxes should get a fine they can pay (aka, 100% of the little shits cash, not thier parents cash), 1 year in prison/community service, or more, depending on what they did. 10 if they beat someone up or mug them.

    Anti Social behaviour should be zero tolerance.

    from what I gather, under ASBO's the burden of proof is extremely low in many cases. That's a crock of shit.

    erm those things were al illegal before:

    banning a suicidal person from high rise buildings, get the flaw in the thinking on if they get caught after doing this.....
