  Hmmm that's a tough one, kinda like trying to describe a colour.
  Anyways umm, try to be outgoing, talk to him, ask him question, tell him about yourself, make lots of eye contact, smile lots, be yourself.
  That's what I usually do anyways.

  try not 2 use corny chat up lines, but sayin that theyd' probably like em!
  if ur talkin touch their arms etc, smile alot, dont ask 2 many ques though, i once asked a lad(my ex), when we 1st met, where he lived and he nearly bit my head off, i think he thought i was after 1 thing!
  a good way of flirting is on the dance floor,or at the bar.

  If I get chatted up by a young lady, I just like her to be herself and just relax.
  
  Just go up and make general conversation and try and keep eye contact, thats the main thing.
