    reason being: my life sucks. found out my girlfriend had been cheating on me for months!! so split up, she's now fucking the other guy. then my grandad died this week! which sucks as well. cant take my bike to university :( and life just seems to be getting shitter and shitter at the moment. So yea, I need to be :heart:ed and spoilt!

    No I'm not the next prime minister and in my excitement I may have exaggerated how much money I'll be making (but its still gonna be loads :D ).

    I was just giving a friendly warning, Honolulu is a horrid, foul soul destroying place. I spent one of the nastiest weeks of my life there.

    Really? I had no particular burning desire to visit Hawaii but would never have imagined it was that bad. Any reasons in particular? Did you get anywhere other than Honolulu?

    I didnt get much outside the town no, but just going through the place would be enough to put me off going again. I've been to a lot of places but none of them had such a nasty atmosphere, you knew the locals hated tourists and themselves for what they'd allowed to happen to the island. And all the tourists were arseholes.

    Honolulu is a testiment to all thats wrong with mass tourism and what you shouldn't ever do to a beautiful place.

    Fear and loathing are about the only emotions that come back to me when I think of it.
