two geordies go down south for the weekend and they go for something to eat. a while after they've ordered the waitress comess back with two slices of bread and a can of carlsberg in between them.

"what's this?", they ask

"well", says the waitress, "you did say you wanted a beer can sandwich".

    Never. Brown sauce is rank. I hates it.

    The wife on the other hand has both sauces in her bacon sarnies. :yuck: And sometimes tops up with BBQ sauce.

    It really, truly isn't vile. It's one of the most wonderful things ever. I like mine with an egg in it too. :yum:

    ETA: We normally use what I believe you call Canadian bacon for a butty, not the streaky stuff.

    It's the same accent silly! (Well it is in amateur theatricals... same as how a Welsh accent is considered sufficient for playing a Pakistani or Indian and a Mexican accent will do for anything else.)
