Hi Guys!

Just wondering if anyone worked or used to work for River island? was wondering what type of questions they would ask in interviews.

    My sister works for em, she says its the usual crap they ask in all shop interviews.

    So long as you're not a braindead monosyllabic cretin you'll be fine!

    Question I have been asked in shop interviews include:

    How would you deal with an irate customer?
    Have you ever worked under pressure?
    What would you tell a customer if the item they want is unavailable?
    How would your family describe you? How would your friends describe you?
    What's more important - speed or accuracy?

    yeah just the usual, like tell me about a situation where you put yourself out for someone else/where you resolved an argument/where you worked well as a team/showed leadership skills.

    i was once asked if there was any type of person i didnt like which threw me a bit and i was just like erm... im not sure, i think i get on pretty well with everyone to which they replied, so you like rude people? and what about arrogant people etc... weird.

    my friend had to pick out an outfit (or maybe two) when she had her interview.
