What's your favourite radio station?

Renzo's uni & INX doesn't count.

I never bother these days - my tuner is on it's side, in my wardrobe. I don't have a car, and only rarely listen to music when on my motorbike.

But if I was browsing the radio, I'd almost certainly go for Radio 2 first. Far more interesting than the drivel on Radio 1... local radio can be good, but the adverts are boring. :)

But if I had to chose it would be Kiss 100 FM

Radio 1. I tried 6Music for a while cos the music is much better, but it was like one song, then twenty minutes of serious discussion about the song. Can't be arsed with that. At least Radio 1's chat is usually entertaining. And musically, I have the ability to enjoy any old crap, even Paris Hilton.

Ear protectors? White noise? A fast motorbike to escape the tragedy of poor music?

    Seen. Raised. Classic FM.

It's good background music but my housemates hate it because occasionally I turn something up and "sing" along.

    Radio 3 when there's a good Prom.

Radio 4 if something catches my eye in the Guide.

Otherwise, XFM is ok but not as good as it used to be.

Another one for Galaxy105. Driving to work isn't the same without Hirsty's Daily Dose! Very glad I get to work just before Old Woman tho - can't stand that. Also love Graeme Smith on the way home (have you seen his pic on the website?)

Vibe FM were allright the first couple of years when Debbie Mac and such were DJing, but since they've gone too mainstream, commercial whatever you wanna call it...
