Skin care regime advice please

I need some ideas please as to what I should use as a daily skin care regime. I have very oiley skin and I require something which can tame this but not overly dry out my skin as it can be sensitive. My skin can come out in a couple of spots and blackheads on the occasion, so i need a daily wash which can also kill off any unwanted bacteria. :chin:

I hope someone could lend some advice please on what you would recommend for my skin type.
