  Firstly, you should be using a condom unless you have both been tested negative for STIs, you trust each other fully to be faithful, and other forms of contraception are being used.

  You really should be using condoms, unless you're a couple who've been tested for STDs. Condoms aren't always the most comfortable of things, but shop around - you gotta find what fits you best.
  
  Anyway, what you're suffering from is most probably premature ejaculation. Consider this. Are you ever nervous before sex? During sex, are you just worrying about how quickly it will be before you ejaculate? Do you worry about what the woman of your life will think about your performance? If you said yes to all those, this is most probably what you've got. It helps to be very relaxed before sex, and don't worry if you shoot your load too soon - every man has days like that, even if most men would never admit to it.

  condoms would be good in this situation because they will desensitize you.
  
  also don't just bang away like you see in porn. relax and go slowly and if you feel like you're gona cum then stop for a minute and pleasure or kiss your girl and then go back to it.

  Hey, im pretty new to these forums but ive read a few posts here before, and suprisingly ive had this conversation with a mate regarding the same matter! The best thing you can do is to simply be relaxed, talk before to your partner, just lay in bed, whatever gets you relaxed! There are plenty of websites out there that deal with this, so i wont try and fill there shoes by telling you what they say so much better! Im not one to judge if you should or shouldnt be using condoms, thats your choice (my opinion is that you should though!), but condoms will help, and if you really think you need to there are condoms that contain mild anaesthetic which is supposed to help prolong sex by reducing the sensation you feel.

  There's exercises you can do. Called Kegels. It's the muscle you use to control the flow of urine. You tighten and relax the muscle over and over. Say 100 times a day. It gives you a lot more control.
