woo i've finaly done it.

very strange.
as some of you may remember ...if i try to open a thread that has lots of ! explanation marks ...! my internet explorer closes down and i'm back to my desktop.
yhing is ...last week i reformatted the drive ...after using drive scrubber to completely wipe the drive clean ...yet i still have the problem ...only just noticed when i tried to open the other thread with the same title as this one.

what can it be? does anyone else have it?

    Have you tried switching to Firefox to see if it works better?

    is it easy to install firefox cos i have it on a disc somewhere but ...if it's explorer thats causing it ...why only mine?

    Firefox is dead easy to install... it will even copy over your favourites from IE!

    Just download the latest version rather than install an old one... get it from here. And I recommend getting the bookmark backup plugin, or else firefox deletes all your favourites randomly.
