I got my letter back from SAAS telling me about my loan, grant and tuition fees. It tells me to "You must take this award notice to your college or university. If you do not, we cannot pay your support or tuition fees (whichever applies)

So what, do I take it right now when they're on summer break? Do I phone them? What?

When you enrol they want proof of who is paying your fees. Once you enrol the university informs the SAAS, who tells the SLC and then the first loan installment is paid.

They need proof that you become a student before actually giving you the money.
