    Well I can say that 5.4" in length and 4.3" in girth is good but not the best tool. My husband had 5" and 4.5" and it was the painful problem for him. I tried to assure him that he was OK but he worried a lot. He is a "big" man. He just decided to increase it. He had bought Extagen (may be it's not the right spelling but comes close) and just did it. 6" in length and 5 in girth is the size which satisfy him and which is much more attractive for me.
