    I stared at the title forever not being able to figure out what a flesh tunnle was, I kept thinking, something to hold flesh in place, like when your boobs sag or arms hang like chicken necks? They make something like that?

    some guys at college have them - i think its REALLY gross and would never even look twice at a guy who has them - imo

    not really. Theres pressure when you first put a bigger one in, you have to do it gradually, but they dont hurt unless you stretch too quickly.
