Fitness routine in a small room?

I live in a room in halls, what I want is some kind of exercise routine I can do each day, without any special equipment, in a fairly small room. Any ideas? Especially for my stomach and legs! I have a video, but the rooms too small to be jumping around in!

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and take a big step forward (as far as you can go comfortably without losing your balance). Then lower your body until your knee (of the leg you didn't step with) is about 2-3 inches above the ground. Push yourself back up to standing and repeat.
What areas do you want to exercise? This works mostly hamstrings and bum.
Another one if you want REALLY good abs is to sit on the floor with your knees bent and you feet on the floor. Now lean back keeping your back just of the floor and and your feet on the floor. (A partner to hold your feet down or a bar to hook your feet under may help) and the stretch your arms out behind you over your head. Hold this position for ten seconds then rest for ten seconds - you have just done one set. Do ten sets of this, if your stomach muscles are feeling pumped then you are doing it right. The difficulty can be modified by where you put your arms, and if you are finding it too easy then you can use something like a medicine ball in your hands to make it even harder.
edited because my brackets came out as smilies

I practised callanetics in a tiny caravan whilst touring, you realy can adadpt it to any space, and it gives you powerful, amazing fast results,by using quarter of an inch movements.
10 years younger in ten hours is so very true,I am 30 and many think I am in my early 20's!!!
the movements are gentle, you can go at your own pace.
I hugely recommend it
