    You aren't too late - you have loads of time. Only thing is - if you do it too close to September you wont start getting money til after the october half term.

    There's no limit. But if for exmaple, you send your form off after september, you wouldn't get any money before then. There is some more information on the EMA website. Of course, it's best to send the form off asap.
