    Preferably businessman or scientist.

I know, these jobs aren't really that specific, but a sub-category of those two professions is my "dream" job.

Why? It's nice to dream a little, I think.

Isn't there something, job wise, that you would just love to be doing, more than anything else?

Nope. I don't buy into this. Apparently, I somehow need to have a 'dream job', a 'dream partner' and other such slogans dreamt up by marketing firms to sell us inevitable crap. I don't need dreams to work out where I'm going to go.

    Toll booth attendant

You can attempt to talk to everybody, finally finding one who will gladly have a conversation with you in rush hour, therefore pissing off literally hundreds of people in mere minutes.

Plus, if you try hard enough, it would be real easy to get a lifetimes supply of money off of one "accident" and never have to work again, hence, the real dream job.

But most of these "dream jobs" are achievable. So, take the thread as "what is the job you most see yourself doing?"

Who's selling anything? I'm not buying. I have stated what my dream job is. No "marketing firm" made my mind up. I could tell you what my dream partner is like too - and yup, no marketing firm made up that one either.

To be perfectly honest, I think you are talking rubbish. Everyone has an "ideal" in mind for something. Nobody has no idea what they want from life, whether it be a job or a partner or whatever. And that is what everyone aims for. If they didn't then they would just be coasting for a lifetime.
