And onto the next subject... how long does filler keep exactally? Because me dads got a tub in the garage since like, the 80's... will it be off?
'Cos the primer that he got with it is still fine.
I have the sachet but I need help with the hardening part.
*wonders if anyone has noticed that he knows nothing about rusty cars*
So long as it stays sealed, it'll last for a long, long time. I had to cut the end of my tube last year when I needed a smidge for my fairings - I obviously didn't seal it up again properly .
Stuff in spray cans will last forever. Good news for the primer, bad news for the environment. My Dad has cans of penetrating oil from the 1960's that still work properly.
Well that makes you entirley lose.
You can't be a man and not know about fixing rusty cars.
They must be worth a bit now tbh. Find someone who collects them or some shit!
And the chances of my dad sealing the filler properly are slim tbh
I'm glad I dropped out of the flirting before any of those tools got anywhere near me!
