Hmmm. I think I might try and use the stuff, lol. Seems like it works.

Check it's best before date first Stacey if you've had it a while.

Mine has steadily been getting less serious each year, this year it's only really affecting me when the pollen count is a bit higher. Then I just dip my head in some water and blink a few times to try and wash the pollen off.

Seems to work. Apparently eating locally produced honey works too. My brother I think is on steroids for his, because he's got ahstma (cant spell!) and could potentially die if he got hayfever bad enough.

Just tell the doctor you don't want the nasal spray. It seems wasteful to get it from the pharmacy (whoever is paying) and not use the thing.

    exactly.

i have to pay for my prescriptions and it's annoying when others are getting them for free but not using them.

and no, a little squirt up your nose doesn't hurt. :)

I don't get hayfever but I always seem to get a cold in the summer (I have one right now) and that's bad enough I can't imagine how it must be for all you hayfever sufferers.

Gawd, its from last year. I'm not gonna use it.

I'm gonna get to the doctors and get everything for my hayfever.

I've had a horrible day because of it :impissed:

My sides are aching from sneezing, every time I sneeze they hurt. Like I've pulled muscles on both sides :s. Sigh. This is fun.
