    They get replaced with new ones, presumably.

    The role of women is probably as servants to the heroes of Allah... they do his will and bidding unquestioningly.

    Either that or they run the place while the males are to fucking lazy or busy shagging virgins to do so.

    They're recycled in the biggest machine EVER. It can take one used lady, and break her down into component atoms adn rebuild her into a brand new unused virgin.

    Just like plastic bottles, but on a far greater scale.
