    KHSS is about to attempt the assault course ... all is going well until she gets her foot stuck in the cargo net, as she tries to wriggle it free she falls off, resulting in a 20 second time penalty from Big Brother. However, she recovers and sprints to the finish and completes the course in under 2 minutes 30 seconds. Hooray!
