Only take a small amount to begin with to find your feet. As bong says, a key is a good place to start.

Don't drink alcohol. Make sure you're with close friends in a comfortable environment.

If you're going for a k-hole you'll probably need to redose but I wouldn't recommend it on your first time. It's very intense.
