My parents only chose to call me Nicola because it was a popular name at the time and they were sick of arguing over what they wanted to call me. Nice to know it was a important decision in their lives :thumb:
I barely use my full two names though, only on forms, and debit cards etc, even then it'll normally just bring up my middle initial over the name anyway.
And how do we pronounce that? I thought mine was bad!
Key-veen. It's Irish for Kevin.
HAHAHAA awesome.
Nicely guessed
laura ashley
I don't know if you are male or female lol
Ahh John Lewis, just read your profile. Should have done that first really!
What is it?
Once I was trying to find an old family friend, who we always called Auntie Ann. Then my mum informed me her name wasn't even Ann it was Patricia. That'll be why I couldn't find her then.
And the woman who used to live next door to me had a kid called Charlie. One day, out of the blue they were all calling him Adam. When I asked why he'd changed his name I was told Adam WAS his name. Confused? I was.
I don't have a middle name, so that's one less thing for me to deal with.
i use my middle name when i want to sound posh. it's lucinda katherine don't ya know!
My Grandad is Wilfred Donald, but known as Don to everyone.
And, my boyfriend's middle name is his Dad's first name. Another one!
And mine
It all makes sense really if I write it down...
Boyfriend's Grandad = David
Boyfriend's Dad = Michael James
Boyfriend = Christopher Michael
Boyfriend's Brother = David James
I've yet to work out where Christopher comes from, I think that might just be a choice by his mum.
