    That can be arranged.

I'd need to clear it with my supervisor though.

    :D yeah it was.
Another maccy D's story though about freebies, my mate and i went through the drive through and he ordered a mcflurry, paid for it and drove to the next window, the worker came across and said the ice-cream machine wasnt working so did he want anything else? my mate replied, 'yeah i'll have a large big mac meal then'. He got it as well, all for 99p

When I went into McDonalds the other day with my boyfriend to buy a McFlurry we experienced very bad customer service. The conversation went like this:

My boyfriend: Hi, could I have a dairy milk McFlurry please?
Jayz (McDonalds employee): pound (said in agressive tone)
    My boyfriend: sorry?
    Jayz: pound (agressive tone still)
My boyfriend: pound PLEASE? (my boyfriend hands over a £1 coin)
(Jayz gives penny change then gets the McFlurry and puts it on the counter)
    My boyfriend: THANK YOU!

The guy didn't look at us at all and all he said throughout the whole time was "pound" twice, and he said it in a really aggressive manner. McFlurries don't even cost a pound - they're 99p!

What was ever wrong with good old customer service? I've been rude to customers before, and it doesn't work. Last year, my boss called me the "King of Complaints" as I was getting so many. I'm amazed he had me back this year, so I'm on my best behaviour. I try to be as kind as I can towards the customers these days. What I recommend is always saying "please" when announcing how much it costs and saying "thank you" when they hand it over. Simple tips, maybe, but they do work wonders.

I don't think it would be that bad tbh. Would certainly open your eyes to the amount of rude, arrogant people there are- as I've found.

There must be other perks thou, e.g. socially, in my local one they were also giving staff rewards, can't remember what for, but they got a little CD player thing for being employee of the week or something, don't know if they still do it though, as it was a while back.
