    I remember being about nine, on a school camp, and meeting these city kids from London who'd never seen a real cow. lol. they ran onto the field and rolled aorund in the mud and stuff, I thought they were strange...

    I live on the forest so there are plenty of new born dumb animals about. Pony's, Pigs, Cattle, Sheep, Goats the fucking lot. Pain in the fucking arse.

    The pony's are better off as Pedigree Chum and the rest are best on my plate. :yum:

    My Family once rescued a whole load of ducks who had fallen down a drain they were sooooo cute.

    Lambs are cool as is lambing (ie checking up on the sheep who are giving birth and stuff)...

    Sheep are quite rare in the US the majority of meat people eat is beef you'd hardly ever see lamb on a menu - don't belive everything that you see in the movies.

    There are ducklings on the lake behind my block, and there are some goslings up by Vanbrugh college, they're all fluffy. I don't think I've seen goslings before. The parent geese are getting really agressive towards the students though.

    There are baby rabbits around where I work. There's always been rabbits, and they're dumb as anything.... but the babies are worse.

    I reckon the rabbits at that place are suicidal though. I watch them when I'm meant to be working. They sit on the pavement, til they see a car coming, and THEN decide to run across the road. I learnt to emergency stop in a matter of seconds when I drove up there. Idiots.

    why are people calling lambs "baby lambs" ?! A lamb is a baby sheep, you cant get a baby lamb, unless you mean a lamb foetus :lol:

    The birdies are dead :(
    They hatched and they were really ugly all bald and big eyed. They were ok last night then I go out this morning and the nest is tipped to the side and there are dead baby birds on the ground :(

    I hope I can get one of the yard workers to clean it up, ewww

    What if, I put bread out last night, what if some other animals came for the bread and saw the birds and got them and its all my fault :(

    Aww poor birdies. Could have been a cat I guess.

    Cat's don't usually eat bread, but I have seen them do it. Fat fuckers.
