Can you differ fanatism from a political agenda?
How do you do that?
How does terrorism affect to that equation?

Not sure that I entirely understand the question - I may be misinterpreting it. If so, your indulgences.

Can you differ fanatism from a political agenda?

I guess that it depends largely on

    (a) the force with which a given view is expounded, and

    (b) how willing the proponent is to admit a mistake and modify / abandon the opinion.

I think that the 'line' is a somewhat subjective one; the answer, therefore, is probably leaning towards 'No.'

    How do you do that?

Hopefully with a degree of reason and detachment.

How does terrorism affect to that equation?

Not sure what you mean there, Zenius. Are you asking if a willingness to resort to violence is a sign of fanaticism? If so, then my answer has to be no. It may well be a sign of desparation, but not necessarily of fanaticism.
