Did anyone see the picture of Katie Holmes' bump in Friday's (7th) Daily Mail?? Because my mum showed it to me and we both can't believe how blatently fake it looks! It looks like they've just stuck something onto her tummy! We reckon that because Tom Cruise never had children with his previous wives, that he may be infertile and that this pregnancy is a cover up. Any thoughts?

    This seemed like as good a place as anywhere else to post a libel reminder.

    It's fine to say 'you believe' something and be clear it's just a personal view - but please, if this thread starts again don't make blanket statements about sexuality - and especially not about the most litigious people on the planet.

    It's this charity that ends up in court, not individual posters.

    exactly. Celebrity culture is becoming as much of a bit of a tour-de-force financially as pretty much everything else in the public sphere, to dismiss it as 'low culture' entirely is missing a point I think , and perhaps even a good discussion about its properties and indeed why it has emerged as such a huge part of modern culture.
