Drink driving!

I found out today that most drink driving offenses are caused by older drivers, yet it's always the younger drivers who are stopped and tested by the police.

Is this further evidence towards the idea that the police stereotype the youths as deviants and criminals?

i have never been stoped by the police,and i have been driving for 5 years, but i did have an accident on my moped when i was 16 and i had been drinking and i got arrested for drink driving, but i had 2 go 2 hosipital for about 5 hours so when they tested me at the police station i was under the limit so i got off. but it scared the crap out of me and i won't even drink half a pint and drive, but i wouldn't think twice about doing coke, acid, pills or pot and driving.

I have found the police will stop young drivers for anything they can find.

My friend got stopped by the police loads of times (about at least once every month) when he had a E reg Fiesta although there was nothing wrong. But now has an escort and hasnt been caught once in 2 years.

Obviously, the drugs make you a better driver. If anything they improve your mental abilities (which in your case wouldn't be difficult, I know...) *note sarcasm*

You are no better that someone who drinks 15 pints before driving, you moron. The fact that these drugs have an effect on you mentally (why else do you take them), obviously means that they will affect your driving. This is why it is just as illegal to drive under the influence of drugs as it is alcohol.

One day, you'll get what's coming. I just hope it's not after you kill anyone. You really are a pathetic specimen.

Drug drivers are even bigger idiotic twats, especially ones who are doped up before they go.

WELL SAID mate. People drink, take drugs etc and then get in there car and drive.... then they KILL people, ruin lives, and cause heartbreak and pain for families for years to come.

Driving on coke makes you a better driver. Anything else too my knoledge only makes you worse.

The reason I don't drive wrecked is not because I'm scared i'll hurt myself, Im' scared i'll kill someone else. If that happened I really can't imagine how I'd feel. I'd probably end up topping myself.

I agree with MasterD, soft drinks are the way to go, but have to say to Skive that Coke'll rot your teeth. Better to go with a low sugar drink...
