i have 2 laptops running wireless from the main computer which is ntl broadband and has a router the speed we have is 2mb but we have soooo much trouble with it. The wireless is constantly going down or the speed is at something ridiculous like 1.0mbps we have the router upstairs but we are getting that moved back downstairs as we heard that it would work better but will that stop the problmes or do we need a bigger speed to power all 3 internets.

Do you have a wireless router, or do your two wireless laptops connect to the computer?
What house do you live in (i.e. how old is the house?)
check the security keys are being used.
check you dont have anything interfearoing with the wireess signal.
