    Like 7 other people, just friends of Ed's (the boyfriend). We have poker at our/his house every saturday. That means I won a whopping $35 (big $5 ins :p ) I'm rolling in dough.

    You start with 2 cards which only you see...
    You do a round of betting on them cards...

    then the flop comes down (3 cards) which everyone can see and use to make hands with there pocket pair...
    Another round of betteing... then the turn (1 more card) another round of betting... then the river (1 final card) then the final round of betting...

    Texas holdem, have 2 cards in your hadn. betting goes round, burn one, turn 3, betting, burn 1, turn 1, betting, burn 1 turn 1, betting, show cards, whinner takes all.

    texas hold em is only good when playing NL, if im in a casino i like 3 card just for the quick games.

    cards are what you make of them, 7 2 off or not, you can still have a good hand

    For some reason I always get lucky with J 2 off suite.... normally I wouldnt bother playing a hand like that, but there is something about it that just makes me lucky!

    But statistically, 7 2 off suite is the worst hand you can get in texas poker!

    2 weeks ago, some joke that is an acquaintence of another showed up. Hes never played with us before, but he had 4 pages, exceled every 2 card hand and their rating. Funny stuff. He's annoying.
