What do you think about richness?
Are they - The wealthiest men/women of the world - really earned their wealth by honest work? Are they worth of their wealth?
Is it fair, that one man can own more than 500 million people?

I think it sucks, but like wildchild said, life isn't fair.
An eye for an eye makes the world blind.
Do we have to accept that life isn't fair?
erm yeah. there aint much we can do about it
Sure we can.
We can elect candidates that make our country more equal, more fair, less corrupted.
i quote from the disney, aladdin.
"youve heard of the golden rule havent you? whoever has the gold makes the rules"
thank you susie.
zenius, whilst ur poltical views are interesting and respected, they become more interesting and respected when in the politics forum.
another thing, do u happen to talk in a very patronising tone of voice? cos that's how i imagine you. also, someone needs to really bring u down to earth.
Look into these tired eyes. See something you might recognise.
It's about money and wealth.
Does the rich really deserve their wealth?
Are they worth it?
Is it good that 90% of all the wealth is owned by 2% of us?
Is it ok that in the future corporations have all the power?
You and me, ordinary people, independent countries cannot do anything to resist them.
OK, maybe this thread has some political aspects, but try not to bring politics into this, ok.

I don't see it changing either, the only way it will change is through war or rebellion by the poorer countries. But this has little chance of happening/succeeding. In a world where some of the lowest earners in Britain make more money in a week than an African family in a year I really cant see things changing. We need the poorer countries, we know it, they know it, but unfortunately there is nothing anyone can do about it, we rule them economically because they fear us physically, Iraq anyone? As long as we have the tanks, planes, guns and troops we can do whatever we want.
You almost said it all.
Are there anyone to critizise what's left?

Control your anger or you will be controlled by it.
Do you consider mohamed al fayed as a respected businessman?

yes. he cam here with nothing and built up a very successul buisness
The ability to make HUGE piles of cash doesn;t make him repectable. Otherwise we would have the utmost repect for drug dealers and bank robbers. I think you need to look into HOW he made his wad before you suggest that he is repectable.
Personally, if you hadn't already guessed, I have nothing but contempt for the man. I think the judge in the Hamilton libel trial summed him up very well. He only won that case because he was up against an equally comtemptable man.
