Hey, just another quick question about publising.
I'm very soon about to (self) publish an initial run of 250 chapbooks, however lets just say i share a name with a very famous author. Are there any restrictions on me publishing under my own name? I mean i presume i can't copyright a name, but there's no doubt it will give me a definate advantage when selling them, and i don't want to do so under false pretences, will i have to publish under a pseudonym?

Hmm, i'm not sure then, i'll have to think about this one, ideally i'd like to use my own name, it'd give me a stupid advantage if they're available on amazon etc though.
