Been about 2 1/2 years for me. I sometimes look back and can't imagine that I actually smoked for half my life.

    Never felt better :thumb:

It wasn't easy, i had smoked for 6ish years 20/30 a day. But i finally decided to do it, got the lozenges as i knew that it would work for me and i have never looked back.
I never realised how much it stinks until i gave it up either.

See I actually found it easy. I had tried to stop before and found it impossible but this time, no probs.

I had smoked for 15years and one day mini-ninj told me he didn't want me to die on cancer and like that I stopped.

I didn't find it nowhere near as hard as i thought i would be. I think you just have to be in the right frame of mind.

I said something simular to my day when I was about 5 or 6 and just like that he also stoped, But i don't remember seeing him smoke, but I know he smoked a pipe, i think it was just something he did some evening after work when he got home like doing the crossword in the paper.
