Is it me or have easter eggs lost their appeal? I used to love eating them, now I couldn't give a shit. I think as you get older, chocolate gets less desirable. True or not?

I don't really like chocolate all that much either, and easter eggs are especially crap 'cos they're hollow. What a crock of shit.

My mum still gets my a Thorntons one with my name on it though, bless.

Why does it give you urges to eat it or something or is it beneficial?

Isn't it supposed to give you that feeling you get after having sex? Isn't it supposed to release endorphins that make you feel happy?

I won't be getting one this year. May ask for money instead.

I can't beleive that. surely if you don't want an egg then you just choose not to have one not get a cash alternative, is the wierdest thing ive ever heard

Money for Easter? I wish my mum was as generous as that!
  • Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
My Mum rang me up the other night asking me if I wanted money or an easter egg. I told her neither and that I would prefer a big box of crisps instead for uni as I eat so many :D
