Has anyone here worked at a David Lloyd leisure club before?
I'm applying to be a receptionist and just curious to hear any experiences...

even if someone has worked for them, it depends what the david lloyd is like in YOUR area.

I don't mind where they've worked, all David Lloyds have the same policies/training etc.

but it depends on the individual branch as to how they adopt these policies and whether they adhere to rules properly etc, surely.

Oh for goodness sake! All I wanna know is if anyone's worked at DL before and whether it was a good or bad experience...

It's really that simple!!! Ilora x

I've got a friend who works as a receptionist at a Health & Fitness Club (not sure if it's David Lloyd or not) and to promote the new tanning bed the staff all have to wear beachwear to work for a week!

Lucifer is right though, because one place will be very different to another even in the same chain.

I've not worked in one of them, though from my experience of going in to gyms a lot of the reception people are just folk who work in the gym (as trainers) doing a shift on the front desk.
