The whole thing is a complete embarassment. And what a waste of money. Still, I hate how the tories blame the govt for it when it was them who mooted the idea in the first place.

The dome is a waste of time and space. Why would I want to waste my hard earned cash on the countries biggest embarrassment. It's almost as sad as Sea World in Florida where people go to see sealions dressed in costumes and marine life kept in patronising conditions. It just goes to show that New Labour set out to copy the Tories and they did.

IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS THE WORD...

judging from the lack of posts I would have said not many people go!!!

I have, it was empty and crap. Waste of time and money, turn it into a GARAGE venue,!!!!

I have and it was utter pants! Most of the zones were boring, and the ineteractive elements - of which there were precious few - were broken or out of oredr. The Body Zone - which everyone seemed to think was the best - resembled something out of a 1970s Dr Who set. So don't bother going... I reckon they should turn it into a UK sports academy, that way we might actually win something.

i went in january with my school as part of a trip to new york (not connected at all!).. and i didnt spend that much time in it coz my friend hadto go to hospital so i went with her.. but it wasnt that good, its disgusting how much money has been spent on it when it could go to far better causes and charities, like the children's hospice i read about in the daily mail mag (only coz my parents read it and i was bored.. some bits are good, the newspaper is just totally anti everything and pro conservative!), it was denied money from the lottery and yet it goes to fund such wasteful projects as the dome?? somethings not right.

    £50?!?!?!

ours tickets were £8, we had some special deal back in january of last year and combined it with a trip to NY i can definitely say the american leg of the tour was far far FAR better!!

If you don't know where you're going, you'll probably end up somewhere else.
