Ok, so I just went into my basement to read the gas meter, and came across what appears to be a dead rat 
:yuck: Now I've finished being shocked and appalled, I need to phone the landlord. He is a sort of do-it-yourself kinda guy, and I wanted to know if he has to call out pest control so they can see if theres a nest/problem, as he will just pick it up in a carrier bag and throw it out I imagine. So does he have to get people in to check it out? Or is it up to him how he deals with it?
